We had an incredible experience buying my son’s first electric guitar! We would give 6 stars if we could! After we got ignored at the big box “guitar store,” we visited Willis Music in West Chester and had an amazing experience. The service and friendly folks made it so much fun!
The new location in West Chester is not as easy to find as the old one on Tylersville Road, but it is well worth the effort. It’s roomier and the products are better separated and easier to access. The staff is helpful and friendly as ever...and they know their stuff.

It’s hard to really convey the deep satisfaction I feel with a business interaction gone right. It’s pretty rare and I end up telling the story for years when it happens. Even more so when I’m just a regular honest customer to a business that owes me nothing.
