I've taken my alto saxes into Wind & Brass for a number of repairs (some quick, others extensive) over the past several years. With my most recent repair, they were consistently in-contact with me on the ETA and got it back to me on-time as promised for an upcoming gig.
Due to bad saxophone parenting, my horn was in urgent need of repair one Saturday and I found Shawn's shop online. He did an excellent job fixing a dent and soldering the tone hole, just in time for my gig later that day. I'm forever grateful! He's a great repairman and made me feel at home while I waited.
