“I bought a Furch acoustic and Eastman electric off of Dave and they arrived in perfect condition, were as advertised, and are high quality instruments.”
From the reviews
I live in California and discovered WSOM on the internet while looking to purchase a Furch GNc 4-CR nylon string guitar in late 2023. Dealing with the owner Dave was a real pleasure. A few weeks after the guitar arrived it developed some hairline cracks on the finish no fault of mine.
I worked with Dave over the phone to buy an Eastman guitar. He was a pleasure to work with. The guitar came shipped in the case with very good foam padding between the guitar case and the shipping box. Would have no problem recommending Dave and this shop to anyone.
Bought a guitar online from Dave and would do it again in a heartbeat. Great communication, extremely well-packaged, and everything came as promised. Thanks for making a happy customer!
Dave is Amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable & talented. I highly recommend him for all your guitar needs.
Lessons at Woodstock School Of Music
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Woodstock School Of Music. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments on hand for exactly this reason.
