World Of Music has the best selection and prices on new and used musical instruments and gear. I have been a customer for 30 years for this reason. There is no other musical instrument store in NW PA that has staff more knowledgeable than WOM. Their music teachers are by far the best as well as their repair services.
Not bad for a local music store. Certain** employees can be a little bit intimidating/pretentious and make you feel somewhat not welcomed. They don’t have a lot of options as far as what’s in the store to pick up (guitar input Jack, screws, certain brands etc). Can be a little bit more expensive then the other store.
Went in on Black Friday to get my guitar restrung and tuned. The store looked amazing...clean, organized and very well staffed. The staff was the best I have ever seen and I was in retail management for almost 30 years. I was looking for a harmonica and found one with no problem and helpful advice from the staff.
I have a 9 year old that is interested in playing the violin. I called today and received some of the most wonderful customer service ever. The gentleman on the phone was kind and answered all of my questions regarding lessons and about obtaining a violin. My daughter is very excited.
