From the reviews
Excellent customer service and a top notch staff. They are always carrying new stuff. 5 stars for sure.
I purchased a beautiful unique pendant from this store 3 weeks ago, after a few days I noticed that while I loved the pendant the chain was a little too short for my comfort. I called the store and spoke to the same woman who sold me the pendant.
I love doing business with Steven, he is always fair and knowledgeable in all aspects of the jewelry business. Going to his store is always a pleasure, you are greeted with a smile and mutual respect. Thank you for being easy to do business with! Case and point, this terrific squash blossom necklace Steven sold me
I thought they were decent, great selection of silver, no greeting when I came in but they were closing and a lady asked to help me when no one else did, I am grateful they stayed open a bit after closing for me. She was nice and patient with showing me everything I asked.
Selling or trading gear at World Pawn Exchange LLC
World Pawn Exchange LLC comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
