First of all, I do not usually post reviews, but I am making an exception here because I am so favorably impressed with the work that Billy performed on my guitars. He worked on two guitars and I truly could not be more pleased with the results. I won't be taking my guitars to anyone else.
I recently took my 2011 Fender American Strat in to Billy to correct two problems with the nut that I had been experiencing pretty much since I've owned it (almost five years). One was a slight buzz at the nut, particularly with an open G string. I had taken it to Guitar Center while it was under warranty.
Billy has performed work on 4 of my guitars at this point. The work has consisted of modifications to the pickups, bridge, and wiring. All of the work was completed proper with fantastic end results.
Last summer, Billy did some repair work on my son's Ibanez Electric Guitar and did a wonderful job from a "oops, my preteen dropped his guitar" accident. Billy makes you feel like family visiting, allowing my kid to jam on the front porch and his prices are more than reasonable.
