I brought my trombone in for a few repairs recently. I was impressed with the quality of work, the speed at which it was done, and the extremely reasonable price. Chris even fixed a couple of small things that I did not mention at no extra charge.
I have known Chris for over 10 years now and he has always been incredibly responsive to emergency repairs on my saxophones over the years. He understands making sure a working professional has equipment in good working order as quickly as possible.
Agave Music is hands-down one of the best instrument-repair shops in Phoenix, every visit, the staff handle my sax and flute with care, expertise, and remarkable attention to detail.
If I could give more stars, honestly I would. I spent months trying to call and get in contact with various shops that repair wood winds. I’m lucky that one of the stores I called told me they ship them to Agave, and I figured I would just cut out the middleman.
