Service, speed and follow through. This pretty much tells it all about Allstar Guitar. I had lost a piece of equipment that I use for performing, my acoustic guitar K&K preamp.
This place is the best and I highly recommend them. Jake (the owner) is very knowledgeable and keeps everything running smooth. I've taken a couple guitars in to get set up; Jake always knows exactly what I need and gives them to Casper (the guitar tech) who gets everything dialed in.
I recommend this place to any aspiring or actual musician. They are both friendly and professional, any cost they let you know before they do anything which is always appreciated. There was nothing but a welcoming attitude.
Just got my guitar worked on and it plays, feels, and sounds great! The customer service was beyond good and the work was done at an extremely fair price. I will definitely be returning for future work and other guitar needs!
