What an experience I just had. I had questions as a very beginner guitar player. I was talked to in a very respectful professional manner. Things were explained in a manner that would help me understand and given advice and not a sales pitch.
Bought a Yamaha from Reverb and Alto music was the seller. Was curious about the shipping spoke to a gentleman named Matt, answered all my silly questions and sent out the guitar. Received the guitar the next day and it was exactly as described. Have pictures to prove it.
