A true gem in Seattle! I came here for a guitar restring and Jeff was incredibly helpful and attentive. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve got an awesome selection of both used and new gear, including guitars, basses, keyboards, and pretty much everything else a musician could need.
Came in for a mic stand, pop filter, keyboard stand and some guitar strings. Not able was I directed to everything I was looking for, but the workers were knowledgeable and gave great recommendations based on my use-case. On top of all this, I was given a great deal on my items due to buying them all at once.
For real customer service and selection there is no better place. Pat F and Thomas went out of there way to make sure I landed on a guitar that I will play for years to come. I couldn't be happier with my American Tele. Will come back soon to grab one of those Eastman's.
Tod was an amazing helper giving us all the information that we needed and also gave us a $20 discount and let me put thing on hold for next time, with free delivery. they were also very friendly and respectful towards everyone.
