This store went above and beyond in servicing me with my brand new piano purchase. I was searching for one for primarily my use, as well as my daughter's, as she is advancing in her lessons.
AMW was such a wonderful surprise. I came in looking for a piano tuner recommendation and I ended up with that and more. I met with Bobbie who was just a joy to talk to and discuss all of my needs. They have a slightly smaller showroom, but it was filled with great pianos at great prices including a couple of Baldwins.
Mr. Rick at American Music World was very patient and attentive when I called to get a price and set up the pick up and deliver of piano for our church. There was no problem as I called back and forth setting up the day and time of the pick up from one location to our church.
