I can't say enough about the service. My wife and I were visiting Orlando for a conference, and I took a '79 Fender Vibro Champ into them for repair. We live about 220 miles away, and I intended to drive down to collect the amp once they notified me that it was repaired. I dropped the amp off and returned to my hotel.
This is a strong group of wonderful people here. Proficient at their trade...110% I am most taken by their ability to make you feel immediately like family from the words "welcome, how can we help you". We are blessed to have this crew within driving distance, lord knows. They made my amp head a king again :)!
Honest, and fair. I first took my Fender Blues Junior amp to Central Florida Speaker Repair who charged me $125 to do a diagnostic. They then quoted me $412.83 to repair it for a total of $505. AMP GUYS charged me $90 for a diagnostic, and $71.57 for repair for a total of $161.57. Lesson learned cost me $125.
Rick and the Gang at Amp Guys / Valvetrain are TOP NOTCH!!!!, I have had them repair / service a few of My Amps over the past few years and it doesn't get any better then these Lads n Ladies!!!!! They make Ya feel like part of the Amp Guys Family. Please don't ever go anywhere!!!!!!!
