I had my 1978 Conn 88H trombone cleaned, and the water key cork replaced at Ardsley. The job was done on time, perfectly executed, the horn has NEVER been cleaner; and dig this, they even cleaned, sanitized my tarnished Bach 61/2AM mouthpiece (which I didn't ask them to do - A-Mazing).
I had the best experience with the staff, everyone was so helpful helping me getting the best set of instrument for my son. I changed my mind couple of times or my son changed his mind lol.
My experience with Ardsley Music has been consistently fantastic! The team and April are a pleasure! We have used them over the years with rentals for my children however we have recently had much more interaction with them as our youngest son is a developing musician.
I was in need of a new flute for the band I play in and stopped in to see what was in inventory. April was extremely helpful in taking the time to help me find the perfect flute for what I needed for future performances. The process was seamless and she was able to find the perfect flute for a great price!
