Arts music is my local music shop. As a trumpet player, I have a number of horns that I need to have maintained fairly regularly. I’ll get maybe 4 tune ups a year (or more). Never once have I been disappointed. Quality cleaning and repair whenever I need it. My “go to” on staff in Mike Rabig. He does fantastic work.
My son is in HS band, we drove 2 hours for a trumpet repair because his director recommended them. They amazed us with how reasonable they are, how quick his trumpet was repaired, they leveled everything down to where I could understand and even got him a mouthpiece because we didn't know he was still at the beginner…
Art's is the best music shop you could ask for! All the staff are friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they enjoy what they do. They have repair technicians in-store who specialize in almost any category of instrument.
Upon walking in I was nicely greeted. The staff was friendly and quickly found exactly what I needed. I was very pleasantly surprised that the price was so low. The selection of available instruments and accessories is huge. They were also displaying signs for some kind of music festival. Parking is odd.
