Wonderful place to visit, absolutely helpful staff. Was considering a pair of expensive headphones, and they pulled it and a few other models out of the boxes to let me try them.
I coordinated with Les Durell to be at the Montgomery store on a Friday to have Brian Hinton do a complete setup on my new Nik Huber Krautster 2 that I got about 4-5 weeks ago! Brian is easily one of the best guitar technicians I've ever used in the past 45 plus years of playing guitar!
I went into the store to get an opinion and help on a problem I had with changing items on my instrument and I was greeted with a knowledgeable staff which gave me options, after deliberating awhile the staff member proceeded make the changes just to see if it was possible and it was and didnt even charge for the…
The staff here is great. They are VERY knowledgeable. I brought in an amp to get serviced and you could tell the guy (can't remember his name, sorry!) really knew what he was talking about. Also, Jason helped me pick an amp and guitar out, he was super patient and also extremely knowledgeable.
