I called last minute before closing and the owner told me to come on over. My son inherited an electric guitar from his great uncle but it wasn’t turning on with the amp. At Asken they figured out within minutes that it needed a battery, put it in and we were good to go!
Fren took in my guitar and immediately began to diagnose and repair the short. Took maybe twenty minutes and I was out the door good as new. Really appreciate the quick response, capable fix snd reasonable price!

Great experience. Not only is Fren Asken a super chill nice guy, he’s a master who loves his work. I needed a new bridge on my acoustic and he said I could wait for it. Got to watch him work his magic, like sitting at the counter watching the chef cook your dinner.
