Awesome Customer Service! I entrusted my 60yr old violin which has sentimental value to them for repair as I begin a journey to play again. Scotty exceeded my expectations by completing the job wonderfully and quickly. Venus provided me with great recommendations and support for other items I needed.

Hello, I felt the need to shoot you a message to tell you that I had an exceptional experience at your shop last week, I worked with a young man who said he was the luthier, but I do not recall his name.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this is an amazing strings shop. The service is great and they're extremely helpful! My daughter started playing some years ago and saw the flyers, chose them and it's been great. The people are friendly and never fail to be of service!
