Super friendly, knowledgeable staff! Every employee was kind and considerate. Manager seems to truly care about her customers and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome! The atmosphere was super welcoming for afirst time renter. They nade the process super fast and easy!
My daughter takes cello lessons and I decided to pickup guitar after many years. Austin and Aaron are great teachers! I had to finally write a review because the new manager Greg impressed me. I had a bit of a mixup with a gift card and he went above and beyond to make it right.
We first came to Music & Arts several years ago when we needed to purchase a flute for middle school band. The rent to own option made it more affordable for us to pay off the instrument over time. Once the flute was paid off, we were advised to purchase the insurance on the instrument and we are glad we did.
Had a wonderful experience! Went to this location and I believe I spoke with Andrew(I apologize if that is not his name) and he was very patient and helpful with me. I wanted to buy a guitar for my wife for Christmas. I told him that she wants to to start learning.
