Top notch, awesome guys to deal with. Nice layout in the store. Let me trade/appraised some items and figured out what I would owe in cash before I ever set foot in the place(under the understanding all items were in the condition stated).
visually, the shop is awesome. Frank and Conner are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. top quality tech work, reasonable prices on new and used instruments. they put a guitar I had been searching for for 10+ years in my hands less than 10 days after letting them know about it so yeah, Aurora aims to please :)
I had a setup and some minor repairs done. They turned it around incredibly fast and the price was extremely reasonable. Lots of cool gear to look at and it looks like they're setting up a section in the back for records too. This will be the go-to place from now on. Thanks guys.
