Just an amazing experience. I took my 18 year old grandson in to select a new trombone because he's leaving for college. We went down to the factory store near the Paseo. The staff was so professional. Assisted him with his selection. Allowed him to play lots of varied instruments.
I brought in our Grandfather's flute and piccolo for researching the heirloom pieces. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and even played them; it was as if Grandpa was there. What a delightful group of people. They gave me information regarding the pieces which was very useful as I had no documentation. Thank you!
This place is great for instrument tune-ups and repairs. We have been going here for several years now for the kids clarinet and saxophones. Customer service is Excellent and many times our repairs are taken care of the same day.
I just wanted to say how great BAC is. Especially Kevin Stiles. He took a 40 year old trombone slide and made it new. He took care time with his craftsmanship to revive my horn. I would Recommend BAC for any musical repairs. I was also was told by others their instruments are top Quality. Thank you Kevin for caring.
