I was recommended to take my martin guitar up to Bear‘s trading post and have Bill take a look at it and see if he could repair it. The binding had come loose.. And he did fix it... He did a very nice professional job and some other adjustments to the Guitar that makes it sound great.

What great group of folk`s. I drove two hours to buy a Sigma DM-5 guitar from Bear`s Trading Post. As soon as I walked in the door everyone said good morning and asked how they could help me. Tim helped me with the guitar and after we talked for some time. I looked around the store.
Highly recommend. Have been a customer here for 4 years now, and keep coming back. Down to earth, honestly, and friendly owner as well as staff. I’ve never had a bad experience, and they are always very helpful, recommending appropriate items for my skill level and needs.

First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
