Never encountered any problematic employees. We once bought a DVD- plastic wrapped and everything- and at home we found there wasn't anything inside the case. The staff were apologetic and instantaneously fixed the problem without hassle.

The staff at the store is by far leagues above any other.they are the absolute utmost polite, friendly, and informed on the products that they sell to better assist customers. This creates a very warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Always love going to FYE! Friendly staff, great selections of music and movies and other merchandise. Bought the Pickle Rick cereal as a gag gift for my brother cause of his nickname when he was younger. He actual ate the cereal and kept the box. Said he absolutely loved it

Love this store! We always drop in here when we are looking Band Merch or television Merch as well. Great selection. Fun and energetic staff. knowledgeable as well. They have great sales too. A must to stop by if you're visiting the ABM
