After a pleasant phone call to confirm work to be performed, I took both my trumpets into Bell’s Music, met right away and asked how I could be helped. Both horns were examined for general condition, discussed what needed done (cleaning and a couple of minor dents in one horn to roll out), estimate given for each one.
Wonderful service! Needed a new bridge for my cello and it was finished in 10 minutes. Super quick, polite, and amazing staff. Would highly recommend!
Some of the friendliest people I have encountered. Reasonable prices and a truly great repair department. The Haslet location was a little difficult for me to find not being a local.
U can rent music instruments. If something happens, they will fix and repair it. I really appreciate your hard work and thank you so much for bringing the joy to my home through the music.
