Called up there to ask a question about guitar strings and the gal that answered was happy to go look at their inventory and list off everything they had in stock.
Small music shop in Keller with friendly staff. The young man who helped my son try the trombone before selecting it for band, was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain things to all of us and was patient and respectful to our son.
Such great service. I brought in an instrument that needed repair at the end of the day, and they fixed it quicky at no charge, then. Then noticed another piece needed cleaning and offered to clean that as well. So kind, especially when at the end of the workday and ready to go home.
The staff at Bell's Music Shop was very helpful with a long-distance rental. We flew into DFW and rented cellos for our orchestra. They were ready to go when we arrived for pickup and were even able to facilitate a violin shoulder rest purchase for one of our violinists.
