Update to my previous review: I recently got my brother’s late ‘90s Martin DM back from Peter and he did an amazing job fixing the action, fixing some cracks, as well as the binding. He set it up and it plays like new. Peter did an amazing job removing some nasty gunk and did an overall refresh.
Excellent service and incredibly fast repair, at a fantastic price. I called ahead of time to explain my situation and ask about it's cost and possibility: I had an electric violin that wasn't outputting any sound. They told me to come on in, so I did. A quick 10-minute repair and small fee and I had my sound back.
As a working musician moving from a large major city to a smaller area like Central Oregon, I was a bit nervous about the lack of accessibility to instrument repair shops and furthermore, availability to actually have my guitars promptly be worked on.
