Dallas and his team have been my go to for anything from complete overhauls/rebuilds to set-ups and electronic fixes since I first had them repair the neck on a tri-cone metal body resonator guitar back in 2021 -- since then they've kept all of my studio gear, vintage instruments, and road weary work horse rigs…
Stopped in to drop my bass off to have it set up. Turned out it just needed a few adjustments and they did it right then and there at no charge. I didnt catch the gentlemans name that helped me but he took the time to teach me what he was adjusting and why he was doing it.
I brought my acoustic to Bennett Guitar for a crack while I happened to be visiting the area. The guys made me feel like my guitar was in great hands, and their work backed it up. Even though I’m not from the area, they treated me like they respected me as a customer and a friend.
My amp just stopped working one day. so I called And Dallas answered the phone and was very nice and knowledgeable. I took my amp to him and found a broken fuse. I would definitely recommend this place! if they care enough to help you. Guitar center where I bought my amp wouldn’t even look at it.
