Bertrand’s music which is local at 23851 Via Fabricante Mission Viejo, CA 92691 is the best place to go for purchasing and repairing the music instruments. All the staff are so kind and nice. Specifically, Bryana is our favorite musician and advisor over 3 years.
We visited the Mission Viejo shop to look into upgrading our child's Sax as he moves from High School music to College. They were helpful to setup an appointment for him to try out 5 different instruments to determine his preferences. The day of, Josh was super helpful through the entire process.
Bertrand has been our go-to music store for years. Recently we purchased a new tenor sax. Their professionalism and knowledge really helped with the decision. Strongly recommend to all, especially to parents of junior and senior high school music students. Had a follow-up repair on the tenor sax. They do great work.
