I was referred to Music & Arts by Guitar Center after bringing in an instrument that not many people are familiar with. I have a traditional instrument called a Rabab, and Guitar Center recommended I come here for repairs. Before I went in, I called to ask if they’d be able to service something like this.
This Music & Arts is a great neighborhood music store. The manager and all the people are great, very knowledgeable and friendly. And they have an amazing selection of electric and acoustic guitars for a relatively small location - pianos, keyboards and other instruments as well.
I placed an order through them that I unfortunately had to cancel, their Staff was courteous and throughout the process. It's the mark of a great business when they're great even if you don't end up using their services. I'll be shopping here again in the near future.
Went into this store for the first time just two weeks ago; Dave was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful with our Adult son who was interested in guitar lessons as well as re-stringing his guitar. We were given a tour of the store which is fully equipped with studios for voice, guitar/strings, drums, and keys.
