Very great place to get instruments, repairs, and lessons. I came here for my daughter’s 5th orchestra instrument. Decided to get a violin. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the instruments and to get a good deal. She explained what we needed and if we we’re set to go.
From the rental to our purchase, Bertrand’s made the entire process flawless. Of course it helps with the fabulous staff on site. McKenna took the time to send out quotes for purchase options, and revised it with my request. She made sure my son had space to test out his potential instrument.
We have been taking piano lessons with Melissa, and my daughter absolutely loves it. She is very shy, but Melissa was able to connect with her and help her feel comfortable. It’s been so wonderful to see her open up and enjoy learning. Melissa is very friendly and a truly great teacher.
The staff member that helped us today was great! For someone who knows little to nothing about what my daughter needed for her instrument I was pleased with the help we received. We got exactly what we needed and rented a clarinet for my daughter.
