My amp’s chassis was damaged in transit due to a Reverb seller’s negligent packing. Brooks diagnosed the damage quickly, fixed it, and charged fair rates for parts and labor. Turnaround was fast and professional. He documented everything and kept me informed every step of the way.
I got to tell you I was looking at the reviews and I said wow Big Crunch got a lot of high reviews. So I brought my Marshall JCM 2000 TSL 100 head and 4x12 cab there that I had a crackling noise problem and a couple send return Jacks that broke just recently.
So far, so good. The directions on the website are spot on, even though GPS can be confusing. I dropped off my boyfriend's Mesa Roadking to get it fixed. Brookes was very professional and even a little early for the appointment (thank you!) It seems to be a legit place and was recommended by a friend.
Pure professionalism from start to finish. I blew a tube on my Orange Rockerverb and needed a repair. Brooks and the team had it fixed and sounding better than ever within a few weeks. If you need an amp repaired, don't wait. Give these guys a call right away.
