I contacted Steve and we set a time for me to bring in my guitar. We talked about what I wanted and even had me play one his to see how I wanted the action. Upon pick up, he told me everything he did; He changed my strings, set my intonation, adjusted the truss rod, polished my frets (he even took before and after…

It was a pleasure meeting Steve. You will not meet a more honest person with his level of expertise. I initially thought I was going to just drop off my guitar and have a quick interaction and leave, crossing my fingers that my guitars would feel right when I picked them up.
I took my Fender start in for a setup with Steve and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I dropped it off, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in terms of playability and tone.
