They were friendly and helpful. I rented a piccolo from them and it was great quality for a low price compared to Dunkley's Music. I will definitely go to them for my next rental or if I need my horn repaired. They know how to fix and rent out a huge variety of horns. I was very impressed and will go back.

I highly recommend this place for professional instrument repair and technical assistance and advice The only issue I had was their sign was not easy to find. The business should have an extra sign right before you turn into their driveway to give ample time to prepare to turn in.
Sort of hard to find, being tucked away almost behind the new apartments. Staff are friendly and helpful. They stayed after hours to finish up providing great customer service. Rental instruments are well priced, recognizing that they do show quite a bit of wear.
