Our story goes back with Dunkley Music to 1985 when we bought our first used piano. The time had come for us to upgrade and we worked closely with Rich and Richard at Dunkley who provided excellent service, very fair pricing and made the whole transaction to upgrade to a new Baby Grand effortlessly.
For a couple decades we have relied on Dunkley to help us provide opportunities for the entire family to learn and perform music. Dunkley has been our go-to for band instrument rentals, music lessons, sheet music and music books and supplies, piano storage and piano tuning.
Dunkley Music is 'The' music center in the Treasure Valley! Their customer service is of the utmost quality—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their tuning services are also fantastic. From scheduling and communication to the actual tuning, the entire process was smooth and of the highest quality.
I got a violin recently for my birthday and it needed a little bit of work on the bridge as well as some new strings. Dunkley music was great at getting me in and walking me through everything that I needed for this as well as extra things to help me learn.
