I bought a Martin at Bob’s Guitars earlier this year, leaving my first Fender with John for some much needed TLC/repair. I just bought my first acoustic amp and am soon purchasing a perfect starter fender strat for my son.
I would go as far as to say this is an immaculate guitar store. If you can't find what you're looking for at Bob's, chances are you don't need it. The staff is friendly and highly knowledgable, and if they don't know how to answer your questions right away they find the answer.
Amazing customer service! They're absolutely the best. We're super kind and patient with me and we're helping to set up amps and even play for me when I asked, which was great. They continue to amaze me! They helped me pick out this beautiful Gretsch. They're phenomenal!
Thank you to John and Matt for truly saving the day. My best guitar cracked a brace less than a week before hitting the studio and John had it fixed in no time! The cost was extremely fair and I was so shocked with how low they charged.
