They repaired my violin flawlessly!!! Customer service was outstanding. They communicated very clearly what my instrument needed and kept me updated. I called them several times and they were very kind and helpful every time I called. They also gave me several options on how to do a repair, and quoted me.
Williamson Music 1st has been a reliable resource for us for all things music since both my sons started playing euphonium and trombone at school. Their supplies are well priced, and I feel like their repairs are also well priced.
I went in this morning thinking I’d be needing a loaner while my son’s clarinet was needing a small repair but I was wrong!!! A nice young gentleman took it and fixed it within minutes. He was even nice enough to ck it all out just in case there was something else!!! I was also greeted by nice older gentleman.
