I brought my flute in for a malfunctioning key thinking I would need to leave it. Alec repaired it on the spot in about 15 minutes. Very friendly and capable at a very fair price. I'll be bringing my back up flute in for more major intervention in two days. I am so pleased!
The location alone is a great reason to go (old church, stained glass - beautiful) and the walls lined with instruments. They know their stuff - and their stuff is instruments. They are talented at repairing them, and they also sell them.
I would like to preface my review with the fact that I've mostly dealt with the saxophone technician, however I love this place. They are my go-to whenever I am having troubles with my instrument, and all the staff are super friendly and helpful.
I received multiple suggestions to visit Buckeye for service on my horns, and though the work isn't finished, I'm convinced they're in great hands. Working with Rob to develop the best service for the multiple horns I brought in was fun and I could tell how invested and excited he is for working on instruments.
