Took in an amp to be repaired. They outsource repairs but the work was done in about a week and the amp plays as good as it did 20 years ago. Also received a breakdown of work performed and i believe the cpst was reaspnable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
We rent my son's clarinet from here. A part was bent so I brought it in to see if it could be repaired. They determined it couldn't be fixed and honored their maintenance plan, no questions asked. They were very professional. I really appreciate their customer service. Thank you so much.
I was helped by the front desk, two guys who were very friendly and very knowledgeable, they not only fixed my guitar, but the show me how to do fix it myself the nextt ime, all under 15 minutes. That's how you get customers back.. thank you guys!
