I ordered a bass guitar from C&M on Reverb. The bass was shipped quickly, and packed extremely well. However, C&M showed excellent customer service after the bass arrived as I discovered a manufacturing flaw.
I went in looking for a very specific Martin and to perhaps trade my (1 of my) PRS guitars. I spoke with James who although I’ve been playing longer than he’s been alive…he answered every single question, helped others while tending to me. As far as I’m concerned he’s definitely an expert in his field.
I recently visited this shop on a short trip to Louisiana from Texas, and I was very pleased with the staff. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was able to make me a fantastic deal on an Ibanez EHB bass. Wasn’t looking to buy an instrument initially, however, the great service and help convinced me otherwise.
Man, do those folks have a lot of guitars. There is a guitar center right down the road but this place has many more guitars and I always choose local stores over guitar center, if I can just to support local businesses; not a knock on guitar center which has its purpose.
