First time here and I will return! The luthier was honest about what he would do with my guitar if it were his even though he could have made more money exchanging parts that were only aesthetic in nature. He adjusted the truss rod and restrung my 6 string and had me out the door within the hour!
Amazing shop! I Had a used guitar from facebook that was giving me some problems with buzzing frets and rather than get the frets leveled which i cant afford he was able to get it working way better for a extremely affordable price.
Took my acoustic guitar to buy a replacement saddle; Raymond took the time to take a thorough look at my guitar & determined a new saddle was unnecessary; he tried to troubleshoot & recommended a local repair man. All of this was done free of charge.
I can't say enough about the guys at C&M. Raymond and his staff are fantastic. They are not only knowledgeable about the equipment they sell, but it's obvious from the minute you walk in the store that these guys LOVE MUSIC. Their enthusiasm is contagious.
