I had a wonderful first experience at Capitol Guitars today. Their selection was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. I came in looking to try a rare Gretsch that I had been researching for months online, and they helped me plug the guitar into a nice amp on the sales floor.
Capitol Guitars was recommended by friends who are musicians. I had a wire disconnected from the output jack of my guitar. I sent an email to ask about services and they told me to bring it in at any time. I walked into the shop and spoke to the gentleman at the desk.
This place is awesome. I purchased a head that was expensive and while it worked, it wasn't working correctly. They offered to take it back and attempt to repair it for free!
