Every time I go there, I'm treated very well. Whenever I'm purchasing or just browsing, they're available and willing to answer any questions that I've got. Very helpful and knowledgeable with anything music. 100/10 recommend over larger places like guitar center.
Went there today for the first time. Great local store. Has everything I need. Basses to test, strings, effects etc. Plenty of staff to help. This may just be my preference but besides greeting me when I entered the store, I wasn’t ‘bothered’ by the employees while browsing.
First time in a music store so I can't truly compare to any others. However, my daughter needed a cello for school and they had several available for rent. The staff took the time to introduce us to the instruments and measure her to ensure a good fit. $45 per month, which seems reasonable.
