Best music store in Polk County. They go way out of their way to repair instruments even when other stores can’t fix them. They do great quality work and outstanding customer service they really are the best. Also, their prices are unbeatable!! Best prices and can’t compare to the other stores.
JC's Family Music is amazing! They went above and beyond, driving 45 minutes out of their way, just to make sure my son had his violin for his lesson at school! They are so helpful, kind and truly care about children having access to music! I am truly impressed with their personable service!

My son had the bridge on his violin fixed here. Great service. Very accommodating. I rent a violin and it's half way paid off but I would have purchased one here at a fraction of the cost had I realized how much I'd save.
