Could spend another hour here perusing the selections and visiting with proprietor. Really enjoyed discussing the musical lore and history of the people, the art, and the town of Clarksdale.

Cat Head's is a must-stop anytime I'm in Clarksdale. The owner not only has a fine establishment for blues lovers, but is a successful blues historian and film maker, as well. If he is there and you want to know about anything local, be sure and inquire.

Roger was a pleasure to meet and provided us with not only the music schedule of events in Clarksdale MS but information on other things to do and see in this great Blues Town. He also gave us recommendations based on our predilections as we were traveling with friends who weren't necessarily blues fans.

Best Delta blues music store I know. The owner stayed open late for us and spent 15 minutes discussing local venues and upcoming concerts. Great inventory of local music. Fabulous mix of industrial decor and folk art. Truly a unique place, worth the trip on its own.
