I recently purchased a new Martin acoustic that had an extremely high action and was very difficult to play above the 5th fret. Evan adjusted the neck and also sanded the bridge saddle down to where the guitar now has a nice low action and plays 'like butter'! Perfect intonation with no fret buzz across all strings.
