A few weeks ago, I brought my guitar into Chagrin Valley Music because the action was way too high and it wasn’t comfortable to play. Their luthier, Mike took a look at it, explained exactly what needed to be adjusted, and had it playing like new within a couple days.
Wonderful place, brought my telecaster which I haven’t played in a year in for a setup, I was welcomed by a beautiful puppy and when I picked my guitar up today it was like a new instrument and I can finally enjoy it. I don’t recall the man’s name who took it in but he was very humble and assuring.
Fantastic customer service! Seriously. I went to Warren Henry Music in early March to get an idea of available acoustic guitars in anticipation of my birthday. I was drawn to the CPX600, but not in the color at the shop.
Most of the shops in chagrin falls at the quaint rustic small town vibe but their phone is all hell and it's hard to talk to the people when their noses are so far up in the air, however, chagrin valley music is as genuine as it comes!
