Forget the negative reviews because there's a new person that officially owns the store now as of January 2025. His name is Anthony Lay and he's a stand-up guy who'll treat you right. This place is now Ciderville music store AND Station R Drum store!
Ciderville Music Store is a truly a unique and special place. The exterior is where the uniqueness begins. As you walk through the front door, a warm greeting from the front counter staff and and a invitation to feel free to explore the amazing collection of instruments and gear you will find anywhere.
I’ve gone to Ciderville for over 30 years. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, but don’t let the down-home feel fool you. They carry very high quality acoustic guitars and pretty much any bluegrass instruments. They also carry basses and electric guitars. They are my first go-to.
The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and nice. Purchased a new Martin D-28 here. Mr. West even gave me a CD of his music which was incredibly nice. The staff were so nice and helpful. This is easily the BEST music store in Anderson County!
