Highly satisfied with the work and modifications Eddie has helped me with over the past couple years on my guitars. Like any great shop, they stay busy and backed up, and I generally try not to ever rush the process. Good things have always come from my patience.
I ordered a Suhr Hombre from Open Chord Music. Shipping was incredibly fast and the amp was packed secure and beautifully. Everything showed up in working order and it sounds fantastic! I’d definitely order from them again and will have to stop into the shop when I’m in the area. Thanks guys!
Open Chord is a Cool little boutique guitar and music shop. There are some fine instruments in the open chord along with some entry level ones as well. The store is SUPER clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend spending some time at the open chord!
