Came to Collins today because I needed a tiny screw replaced on my saxophone. I was told it may have to be sent to a repair shop for the specific screw needed. Staff was super kind and very helpful and actually ended up finding the exact screw I needed and got it put on and tightened a few more that needed it!!
Had a great experience with James and Cooper who both went above and beyond to make sure that my guitar was repaired. James did the actual work and guaranteed that I would like the way it played and he was right. Cooper was the one who corrected the original mistakes during intake and even delivered my guitar to me...
My son is beginning his guitar journey and these guys here especially James are so forthcoming with recommendations and assistance. They hyped up my son (he's 10) and talked to him like an equal. Setting a mood for his learning and for that I'm grateful. We will always go here instead of Amazon or anything like that.
I have been a customer of Collins Music Center for the past two years. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price are very reasonable and the instruments are high quality. They also do instrument repair. They get your instrument repaired quickly and it is done right!
