What players say again and again
“Nice selection of cds at great prices”
From the reviews
I’d give more stars , if I could ! This place is a gem. Nice selection of new and used vinyl and cd’s, super helpful staff and cool listening parties. First time there today and I will definitely be back soon.
Mary and her staff are always super helpful. The selection of CDs and records is always up to date on new releases and Mary will order what you need, if its available upon request. This is a must stop for the vinyl collectors who are in the Lehigh Valley.
Staff are always so nice, there’s more vinyl selection than CDs. you can also order in store if you don’t see what you’re looking for!!!!!!
Lots of good stuff whether you’re looking for tapes, vinyl or CDs. There’s a huge selection of both vinyl and CDs, not so much cassettes. Everytime I come here I leave with something - whether I had something in mind or not, and the woman running the place is extremely kind.
Selling or trading gear at Compact Disc Center
Compact Disc Center comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
