Amazing audio selection with a passionate and knowledgeable staff. Graham was extremely helpful and made it an enjoyable learning and buying experience. Great range of options, patient and friendly employees that could answer all our questions but also gave us space to make our own decisions.
Recently purchased a pair of speakers from Crescendo and the staff were extremely helpful and made the process enjoyable. Issac and his colleague drove to my house and helped install the speakers, which I could not have done alone! Overall a great shop and definitely worth checking out.
They have the best of the best when it comes to equipment and sales/service people. The individual and combined knowledge held by the staff is impressive to say the least. I've upgraded components. Traded in. Bought new. Plus, they carry Teenage Engineering. That alone is worth a visit.
Would give 6 stars if I could. Matt was extremely helpful in selecting products that fit my style and audio preferences. He had some great advice on my home audio setup beyond the tech, too. Highly recommend!
